MDSS was founded by Patrick Clissold in Christchurch NZ.  He has been in the Marine Industry for 20 years starting his career as a Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy, followed by marine design roles in both the UK and NZ.  He has been working as a Marine Surveyor in Christchurch since 2018.  He has vast experience and knowledge from large ocean going ships to small launches and boats and everything in between.
